As our company continues to grow, we are seeking both an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant & a Sales Agent to join our team!
Executive Admin Assistant
Location: NW Calgary (on-site home office with a scenic view)
Key Responsibilities:
– Provide comprehensive administrative support
– Manage calendars, appointments & meetings
– Maintain organized records / documentation
– Collaborate effectively with team members
– Work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines
– Uphold strong work ethics & attention to detail
Qualifications:
– Certified Admin applicants preferred
– Minimum 10 yrs experience in Western Canada Construction preferred
– Digital Platform Proficiency: Apple / PC Computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, CRM Management
– Excellent time management & communication skills
– Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
– Comfortable working in an office environment with friendly cats & pups
Hours: 9AM – 4PM – 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday (with occasional Friday flexibility for high season demands)
Employment Type: Independent Sub-Contractor
Sales Agent
Location: Western Canada, Flexible, with travel to client sites as required
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent high-quality products in the commercial/industrial sector
– Utilize networking skills & leverage existing industry connections
– Showcase a proven track record of achieving sales targets
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word for documentation/ reporting
– Use digital platforms, such as LinkedIn, to actively engage with potential clients, expand network connections, and collect leads to drive growth.
– Collaborate effectively as a team player
– Willingness to travel to various sites as required
Qualifications:
– Minimum 15 yrs experience in Construction Sales
– Proven ability to think creatively and strategically
– Track record of successfully closing high-ticket sales
– Valid drivers license
– Ability to work independently & part of a team
– Secondary education is a bonus
Compensation: Commission-based, plus expenses
