Recognized as a Western Canadian leader in engineered fabric structures, we serve agriculture, oil and gas, commercial, housing, service and maintenance facilities, industrial, mining, forestry, waste and recycling, recreation, collector storage, event facilities, equine, and remote-site infrastructure. We specialize in the sales, design, customization, and installation of engineered fabric buildings and interior liner systems — including standard, specialized, and remote-site applications. Our experience includes extreme environments: severe cold near -40°C in the Northwest Territories, humid maritime conditions in New Brunswick, and high-temperature recreation and hockey facilities in Alberta.
Absolutely Covered and Out-Land Builders provide professional maintenance and repair for our own structures and competitor buildings. With over 20 years of specialized fabric building service experience, we offer yearly maintenance, fabric patching, cover replacement, overhead door service, dismantling, relocation support, reassembly, and full building service programs.
Fabric buildings can be dismantled, transported, reassembled, refurbished, and reconditioned for resale or reuse. We also offer select buildings for lease, with rental options for six-month minimum terms or yearly agreements — flexible solutions for temporary, seasonal, or long-term operational needs.
From concept design through construction coordination, site preparation, installation, maintenance, relocation, and remediation, our combined knowledge — supported by Canadian engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors — keeps projects moving with confidence.
Commitment to Quality
Absolutely Covered is a dealer for Calhoun and Norseman engineered fabric buildings. Our structures are designed, engineered, and commissioned to meet project-specific requirements, including applicable snow and wind load requirements across North America.
We work with Canadian engineers and experienced project partners so every building aligns with the site, the client, and the intended use. Experience earned in some of Canada’s most difficult-to-access regions and harshest weather conditions.
Where specified, steel components are protected through hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication — encasing steel in zinc for superior corrosion protection to ASTM A123 standards. Fabric options may include high-performance polyethylene up to 12 oz/yd² or heavy-duty PVC up to 28 oz, depending on the application.

Management Team
Monika Siebert is a Founder and CEO of Absolutely Covered Inc. and the creative force behind Haus Kouture.
With over 40 years of experience in the design-build industry, Monika brings business leadership, design expertise, technical understanding, project coordination, financial oversight, and client-focused creativity.
Her design work has appeared in over 25 Canadian and international magazines, with completed projects throughout Canada and the United States — spanning restaurants, residential, offices, commercial, retail, interiors, exteriors, and specialty buildings. With a degree in Interior Design from Baker College in Michigan, her strength is seeing both the practical and the beautiful: spaces that are functional, comfortable, memorable, and designed to stand out.
Field Operations
Cliff Kakoschke is the Principal Builder of Out-Land Builders Ltd. and a key field operations partner for Absolutely Covered Inc.
Cliff has worked in construction for over 45 years — beginning in residential before expanding into commercial, industrial, steel, wood, metal-clad, and engineered building systems. His experience includes estimating, design coordination, project management, site supervision, structural assembly, maintenance, repair, dismantling, relocation, and reassembly of fabric-covered steel buildings.
As an experienced field manager with strong practical knowledge of construction systems and job-site execution, Cliff supports clients with complete turnkey building solutions focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and competitive pricing.

Our geographic project experience spans British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, Quebec, Labrador, New Brunswick, and South Dakota.
Completed work includes mining and resource projects, Department of National Defence installations, oil and gas facilities, recycling and industrial buildings, agricultural and fertilizer structures, commercial facilities, and specialized remote-site infrastructure — demonstrating our ability to support clients across diverse industries, climates, terrains, and building requirements.
